The family and friends of the late KBC Video Editor Betty Barasa arrive at her home on Friday to mourn with her family at their home in Ololua, Ngong.

The family has started burial plans, two days after her unfortunate death at the hands of three gunmen who waylaid her as she returned home from work and shot her dead inside her bedroom.

According to the postmortem results Betty died as a result of a single gunshot to the face which was lodged inside her head.

Detectives say that the recovered bullet head will undergo forensic analysis to help in tracking down the suspects who are still at large.

“What we promise is that we are working so hard, we are doing so well, and we will be able to at least have a break through,” Patrick Manyasi – Sub-County, Police Commander Kajiado North said on Friday.

Betty colleague’s at work who are yet to come to terms with her demise, described her as a jovial soul who did not appear disturbed on the fateful day.

“Betty is not the kind of person you can threaten, and she keeps quiet, she didn’t look disturbed, on that day she was in high spirits greeting everyone kumbe it was goodbye,” Rose Muthoni, a Video Editor at KBC says.
