President Kenyatta defends NYS achievements despite massive graft

President Kenyatta has defended the National Youth Service program despite revelations that at least 1.8 billion shillings was stolen through the project. The president says the program has delivered important benefits to the youth despite the corruption challenges plaguing it. The president who hosted a Youth Summit at State House also promised to sack procurement officers frustrating the youth fund program.
