President Kenyatta To Address Parliament

President Uhuru Kenyatta returns to parliament on Thursday to address a special joint sitting of the house. The constitution requires the president to address parliament at least once every year and to specifically brief the nation on the government implementation of national values identified in article 10. But as Kendagor Obadiah reports, the address is expected to be heavily influenced by widespread concerns, top among them insecurity and the high cost of living.
