

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has extended an invitation to President Uhuru Kenyatta for the G7 summit in June.
The two leaders met on the sidelines of the Commonwealth Heads of Government (CHOGM) meeting in London on Thursday.
Canada,will host the G7 summit,an annual meeting that charts the global course on key issues from June 8-9th this year.
The G7 summit is expected to focus on areas of trade, security and climate change. It will be Mr. Kenyatta’s second visit to the summit after last year’s event in Taormina, Italy.
On Thursday, President Kenyatta attended the official opening ceremony of the Commonwealth summit at Buckingham Palace that was presided over by Queen Elizabeth II.
