The President's speech at the close of a four-day cabinet retreat in Nanyuki also reflected on the government achievements in the past one year vis-a-vis the pre-election pledges by the jubilee coalition. While acknowledging a turbulent start, President Kenyatta now turned the heat on his cabinet to go an extra mile in ensuring that all promises are fulfilled before the end of the second year of his rule.
