President Uhuru in Zambia for energy, job creation discussions

President Uhuru Kenyatta arrived in Lusaka, Zambia Tuesday morning where he is leading a panel discussions on Africa’s Universal Access to Energy and job creation for the youth.

 The President – who will speak at the African Development Bank (AfDB) annual meetings – will first spearhead the debate on  “The Path to Universal Access to energy in Africa by 2025”.

Later, President Kenyatta will lead a panel discussion on youth empowerment whose theme is “Jobs for African Youth: From Demographic dividend to Economic Dividend”.

 On arrival at the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport, President Kenyatta was received by senior Zambian Government officials and Kenyans living and working in Zambia led by High Commissioner Sophy Kombe.
