Presidential candidate stranded as river breaks banks

Thirdway Alliance Presidential candidate, Dr. Ekuru Aukot, was stranded for hours as he went to cast his ballot after River Nginyang in Turkana County flooded making the road impassable.
Dr Aukot, who was scheduled to vote at Kapedo, was still awaiting to be airlifted so as to cast his vote by the time of going to press.
Dr Aukot is among the seven presidential candidates who want to unseat the incumbent, President Uhuru Kenyatta who assumed power on April 9, 2013.
