Presidential poll could be moved from October 17

Tonight uncertainty surrounds the date of the repeat presidential poll after French firm Safran said it won’t be ready with a revamped ICT system until after 27th October.
Sources have told Citizen TV that safran has asked IEBC to push the election date from 17th October as it procures the necessary items required to set up the system while also preserving the august 8th election data.
