Probe as man dies after complaining of chest pains during sex

Police officers in Changamwe, Mombasa County, are investigating an incident where a man died after complaining of chest pains during sex.

According to a report filed at the Changamwe Police Station, Esther Karimi was having sexual relations with friend and Mtwapa-based businessman Stephen Kariuki, 60, in Chaani area on January 16, 2020 when he started complaining of chest pains.

Kariki was then rushed to the Bomu Hospital in Changamwe where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

The body of the deceased has since been moved to the Coast General Hospital mortuary awaiting postmortem.
