Property worth millions destroyed in Kangemi fire

Property estimated to be worth millions of shillings was destroyed Thursday morning after a fire broke out at Kangemi the Trading Centre at about 3am.

The early morning incident on Waiyaki Way reduced several business premises to ashes, but the cause of the fire is still unknown.

According to eyewitnesses, fire fighters and rescue officials arrived at the scene in a bid to put out the fire but were not able to put it out in time.
