Questions as decomposing body found near primary school

Police in Kipkeremwa Village, Londiani Sub County are investigating a case where the decomposing body of a 25-year-old man was found near a school in the area.

According to former Kapseger Ward MCA Bernard Tesot, the man had gone missing for the past one week, adding that the search for his body began after a neighbor’s dog took home a human hand Monday night, raising suspicion from the neighbors who reported the incident to Kericho Police Station.

Tesot said the late clinical officer’s cause of death has not yet been established, and noted that police have launched investigations into the incident.

The body was taken to the Kericho District Hospital Mortuary awaiting a postmortem.
