Raila blasts Uhuru for neglecting Migingo fishermen’s plight

The Opposition has blasted President Uhuru Kenyatta for failing to protect Kenyan fishermen from harassment by Ugandan authorities in Migingo Island.

Speaking as they campaigned in Busia, the National Super Allaince (NASA) leadership claimed that Uhuru has been bullied into silence by his Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Museveni.

NASA Presidential candidate Raila Odinga hinted that because of Museveni’s links with Uhuru, the Head of State has not been keen to fight for the rights of harassed fishermen.
