Raphael Tuju in grisly accident on way to Kabarak for Mois burial

Jubilee Party Secretary General Raphael Tuju has been involved in a road accident on his way to the late Daniel Moi’s funeral in Kabarak.

The accident occurred at the Magina area on the Nakuru-Nairobi highway.

Photos from the accident scene showed the black Prado vehicle badly damaged at the front after hitting the matatu.

Reports further indicate that the matatu driver and the passengers also sustained injuries.

They were rushed to Kijabe Mission Hospital where Tuju is also receiving treatment.

Tuju was in the company of his driver and bodyguard when the accident occurred at around 6:45am.

His family has been airlifted to the hospital where he is receiving medical care as he is not in the condition to be airlifted.
