Royal Media Services holds free medical camp in Embu

Thousands of Embu residents were on Sunday treated to free medical check-ups courtesy of Royal Media Services.

The event which was organized by Wimwaro FM; an affiliate of Royal Media Services and held at Saint Francis ACK church in Embu, saw over 2000 people get treated and attended to by medics from Tenri Children’s Hospital.

According to Njoki Njeru the head of Wimwaro FM, the event was organized to thank loyal listeners for their unwavering support in commemoration of the station’s eighth anniversary.

Wimwaro FM is one of the fourteen radio stations owned by Royal Media Services.

Residents of the area thanked Wimwaro FM, Tenri Children’s Hospital and the Royal Media Services fraternity in general for organizing the event.
