The Chairman of the Council of Governors Isaac Ruto has claimed that there are plans hatched by top national government officials to undermine him politically by intimidating members of the Bomet County assembly loyal to him and eventually ousting him from office. The Bomet governor claims that his woes have been orchestrated by Deputy President William Ruto.
