Samburu County reshuffles executive committee

Samburu County Governor Moses Lenolkulal has reshuffled his County Executive Committee (CEC).

In a press statement, Lenolkulal says that the move is meant to improve and provide effective service delivery in the county.

Under the new structure Irene Leseto of Health will be new CEC for Housing and Planning and Grace Lempei will be the new CEC for Environment and Natural Resources.

However, Richard Nabei, former CEC for Environment and Christine Lentoimaga, former CEC for Culture and Social Services have been sacked.

Lenolkulal added that some were sacked from various ministry posts due to poor performance and corruption, saying that other changes are expected soon.
