School teacher Joseph Nduva arrested on suspicion of assaulting a pupil

Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have arrested a teacher; Joseph Nduva on allegation of sexually assaulting a pupil  during a school trip.

Detectives are also hot on the wake of a second teacher identified as Mike Kioko who dodged a police dragnet

The school had organized a tour for its 32 KCPE candidates to Tsavo Inn Hotel located in Mtito Andei, entrusting a few teachers with their care, among them Kioko and Nduva.

According to a police report seen by Citizen Digital, the two Step Up Zion teachers were seen by a customer fondling two school-girls at a swimming pool on Saturday.

The customer called the cops, but one of the suspects managed to escape during the dramatic arrest.

Mr. Nduva will be arraigned in court on Monday as investigation and a man hunt for the suspect who is still at large continues.
