Security will not be compromised during electioneering period  Kibicho

Interior Ministry Principal Secretary, Karanja Kibicho, has said that his team will not condone misconduct during election period to show honor to the late Interior Cabinet Secretary, Major Gen. (Rtd.) Joseph Nkaiserry, who passed on Saturday, July 8, 2017.

He praised the late Cabinet Secretary for his dedication and service to the state as well as the people of Kenya.

Speaking in Karen at Nkaissery’s home, Kibicho said that the Interior Ministry will not compromise security operations before and during elections.

He added that the Ministry will ensure that elections are conducted peaceful to honor the late CS.

“We will honour Nkaissery by ensuring that the elections are peaceful and this is our pledge and farewell to him as the Ministry and a nation,” he said.

Kibicho promised Kenyans that August 8 polls will be “violence-free” to show attribute to his departed boss Joseph Nkaissery.
