Seven Perish in Tana River Crash

Seven people have been reported dead after a car they were travelling in collided head-on with a passenger bus at Madogo area in Tana River.

Six people reportedly died on the spot while the other one died on his way to hospital in the Saturday evening accident.

The deceased included a man, his wife and their four children who were all in the personal car.

Meanwhile, one person has lost his life in a grisly accident near Total estate along Narok-Bomet highway.

The accident occurred after a saloon car, which had five passengers, collided with a lorry.

One passenger of the Saloon car and three occupants of the lorry were critically injured and rushed to Narok district hospital.

The incident happened barely two days after another truck ferrying wheat flour lost control killing three occupants at Ntulele along Nairobi-Narok road.
