Several hospitalized as Buzeki, Mandago supporters clash

At least seven people have been hospitalized after supporters of Uasin Gishu Governor, Jackson Mandago, and his challenger, Zedekiah Kiprop Bundotich alias Buzeki, clashed in Eldoret town on Friday, July 21.

Witnesses say supporters of Buzeki were travelling in a convoy that encountered those of Mandagor Friday evening.

The injured were rushed to Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital.

Meanwhile, women leaders in Eldoret have urged youth in the county to shun political violence.
