Sh190,000 bhang nabbed in Kirinyaga
Police in Kirinyaga Central, Kirinyaga County have netted more than 380 rolls of bhang with a street value of over Sh190,000.
According to Kirinyaga Central OCPD Eliud Monari, police managed to arrest one suspect who is currently being held at Kerugoya Police Station.
The operation that was done at Ngomongo Village came after a tip-off from members of the public.
Monari said police are still looking for two suspects who managed to escape during the operation.
The vehicle they were using has also been towed to Kerugoya Police Station.
