Shock as sheep gives birth to human-faced lamb

Residents of Kitany Village in Kaptarakwa Ward, Keiyo South were left in shock after a sheep gave birth to a lamb with a human-like face and features.

Speaking to Chamgei FM, the owner of the sheep, Elijah Yego, said that he had five sheep that were to give birth in the course of the week but the last one died early Sunday morning.

Upon operation, he says, a human-faced lamb with human-like chest, head and parts of the legs was discovered.

He said that he has been rearing sheep for a long time but was shocked by the incident that sent panic among the residents.

“I found the sheep dead in the morning. I was shocked to realise that the sheep had a human-like lamb,” he said.
