Six Months Baby Girl Found Dumped In Nakuru Town

The street boy spotted the six month old baby girl and alerted members of the public close by who in turn alerted the police.

According to Bondeni police station OCS Pascal Kiamba, Ann Ngige a hawker carried the baby to the police station and recorded a statement.

Attempts by the hawker who has already named the baby “Angel” to adopt the child have proved futile since the authorities insist that she should be handed over to a children’s home.

“Investigations are underway to identify the person who did this shameful act and we have written to the children’s department and handed the baby to them” added the police boss.
