Sonko, Waititu, Babu Owino among African leaders hilariously trolled

Politicians across the continent are known for their various theatrics, on and off cameras. Twitter users decided to reveal some of their leaders who do not exactly look or act accordingly and the results were hilarious.

The platform was abuzz on Monday after a user posted a photo of one of her country’s Senator in flashy outfits, doing an equally ridiculous pose.

More users then joined in posting and trolling various leaders from their own countries in clothing, attire, outfits or just performing acts they deemed inappropriate.

Nairobi Governor, Mike Sonko, his Kiambu and Homa Bay counterparts, Ferdinand Waititu and Cyprian Awiti, Starehe Member of Parliament, Charles ‘Jaguar’ Kanyi, and outspoken Embakasi East Member of Parliament, Babu Owino, were among those trolled in the series of tweets.
