Standard Gauge Railway Project Controversy
Nyamweya says the railway construction has no meaning to Kenyans, stating that the money should be used to build roads countrywide.
Last week Wednesday, the heated debate on the legality of the multibillion shilling railway deal headed to parliament for investigations following the questions raised by a section of leaders, led by Nandi hills lawmaker Alfred Keter.
Expected to appear before the public investments committee today, Monday, is the transport cabinet secretary Engineer Michael Kamau and senior Kenya railways management officials.
