Police boss Kerubo, 3 others in custody over Star journalists death

Four suspects including Chief Inspector Sabina Kerubo are in police custody over the murder of a Star journalist.

This is after the body Eric Oloo was discovered at Kerubo’s house on Thursday morning.

The other suspects include Victor Omondi, who is alleged to be Kerubo’s boyfriend; her daughter and house help.

They are currently being held at Ugunja Police Station, area Police Commander Ibrahim Muchuma said.

The body of the deceased was found inside Kerubo’s bedroom with blood stains on the head.

It has since been removed to Ambira Sub-county hospital mortuary awaiting post-mortem.
