Teacher arrested after defrauding Muslim faithful Ksh.7M

Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) on Monday arrested a teacher who allegedly fled with Ksh.7 million belonging to Muslim faithful.
The detectives, who led a multi-agency team, traced Nur Hassan Abdi to Dhobley in Somalia where she allegedly sought refuge.
Abdi, a Dugsi teacher, is said to have escaped with the money belonging to Muslim faithful who were to attend Hajj prayers last year.
