Terror Suspects Released On Ksh 20M Bond

The four were released on a Ksh 20M bond accompanied with sureties of similar amounts.

They were released by Nairobi Chief Magistrate Doreen Mulekyo who found no evidence from prosecution that the suspects were members of terror group Al Shabaa.b

The 4 terror suspects are Hassan Abdi Mohamed, Mohamed Osman Ali, Yusuf Warsame and Garad Hassan Fer.

They are being accused of being found with explosives on the 16th of January, at Shauri Moyo trading centre one of which behind the Java restaurant attack based at the airport.

The blast had initially been blamed on a mishap involving a light bulb and burning papers in a dust bin.
