Three senior managers at the national authority for the campaign against alcohol and drug abuse – NACADA – face imminent suspension if the Nacada board adopts a report by a special audit committee on misappropriation of more than 800 million shillings. They are Chief Executive Officer William Okedi, Finance Director Enock Onchwari and senior programmes director John Muturi.
