The Talented Girl With Deformed Jaws

Schoolgirl Aisha Salim’s talent in reciting poems put her on the national map in August this year… she took 5th place during the Kenya schools and colleges national music festival. But what many people may not know is that the 18 year old Aisha has been suffering some jaw complications since the tender age of 1 and half years. But this has not stopped her from realizing her dreams as an accomplished artist. Sally Mbilu reports.
