Three killed in Kajiado-Namanga Road accident

Three people died on Saturday night in a road accident at Kumpa area on the Kajiado -Namanga highway.

The accident occurred after a motorcycle carrying two pillion passengers — a man and his wife — was hit from behind by a saloon car.

The 45-year-old woman died on the spot while the man, 55, and the rider died while receiving treatment at Kajiado Referral Hospital.

The driver of the saloon car who is suspected to be have been drunk driving was arrested and taken to Kajiado Police Station.

The bodies of the deceased were moved to the Kajiado Level 5 Referral Hospital mortuary.
