Three killed in Lamu Al Shabaab attack

Three people have died following an attack by suspected Al Shabaab militants at Shakako-Moa area in Lamu County.

Area Chief, Hussein Gure, says the three fishermen were abducted by members of the outlawed group while on a fishing expedition.

Police have launched investigations into the incident, with mutilated bodies of the three taken to a nearby mortuary.

The attack comes in the wake of a passenger bus attack in Witu, Lamu County that left three people dead.
