Three teachers killed, child injured in suspected Al Shabaab attack in Garissa
Three people have been killed and one injured after suspected Al Shabaab militants attacked a school in Garissa County.
According to police, the gunmen attacked Kamuthe Resource Centre early Monday morning killing three male teachers.
The injured is a child who is reported to have been hit by a stray bullet.
Female teachers and nurses at the institution were reportedly spared after being identified by the suspected militants.
The assailants also destroyed a Safaricom communication mast during the 2am attack.
Meanwhile, police are already pursuing the attackers.
