Three-year-old girl defiled, killed by mothers boyfriend

Police are investigating circumstances under which a three-year-old girl was defiled and killed by her mother’s boyfriend  at Kabisoge village in the outskirts of Bomet town.

According to Bomet Central Sub-county Police Commander Musa Imamai, the suspect identified as Nathan Cheruiyot Ngeno is said to have locked himself in the house with the 3-year-old girl and defiled her while her mother away.

“This is sad, the girl was defiled and killed, when the police visited the scene the child had died. She also had bruises on her back,” said the police boss.

The man and the girl’s mother aged 23 years have since been arrested as investigations into the incident continue.

Sources claimed that the man is not the biological father to the deceased and that he might have killed the minor in order to marry her mother.
