Thuo Murder Suspects Arraigned In Court

The six  were not charged after the Director Of Public Prosecution applied to have them remanded at muthaiga police station to enable police to conduct and complete investigation before criminal charges are preffered against them.

Vacation judge Justice David Majanja allowed the application and ordered that the suspects be remanded at muthaiga police station for 8 days before being araigned in court.

Among the suspects is Paul Wainaina- the owner of Club Porkies, where the former MP was having a drink in November before he was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The other suspects are Christopher Andika, Andrew Karanja, Samuel Ngugi, Esther Mulinge qnd Ruth Irungu.

The six will be brought to court on 14th January, 2014.
