Two dead, five injured in Migori accident

Two people died while five others suffered injuries following a road accident at Awendo along the Migori-Kisii highway early Friday.

It is reported that the 5am accident involved an Otange Company bus and a tractor, which collided head-on.

Awendo OCPD Dan Kinywa said the bus was traveling from Nairobi and the tractor was from Awendo when the accident occurred.

The injured are recuperating at Migori Level Four Hospital.
