Two killed, several injured after matatu collides with trailer in Mombasa

Two people have died and seven others injured after a 14-seater matatu they were travelling in collided with a trailer at Kibarani area in Changamwe, Mombasa County on Monday morning.

Confirming the accident, Changamwe OCPD Peter Onamwa said some of the injured are admitted at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Coast General Hospital.

The two who perished are reported to be the matatu driver and his conductor.
