Two men found dead under unclear circumstances in Kisii

Two men were Sunday morning found dead in Nyaribari Chache Constituency, Kisii County under unclear circumstances.

In the first incident, the body of Thomas Nyamwange alias Silicone, who was a butcher-man in Keumbu village, was found hanging by rope inside his bedroom.

According to area Chief Benson Ogwoka, the deceased had been living alone after a divorce with his wife.

In the second incident, the body of Benson Ogoti, a water seller was found drowned inside a well.

Chief Ogwoka said that Ogoti’s wife had woken up early to milk their cows, and after coming back from selling the milk she found her husband’s body in the well.

This comes a few hours after another incident of a man stubbing his brother to death in Menyonkwa, Nyaura Sub County.

The bodies were taken to Kisii County Referral Hospital Mortuary as police launch investigations.
