UhuRuto Express team scouts for 100% voter turn out

The UhuRuto Express team led by Othaya Member of Parliament, Mary Wambui, took a condemning swipe at the Opposition outfit, NASA, while campaigning in Tharaka Nithi County, debunking their frequent court cases as a weak and feckless strategy meant to repeal the August 8 General Election.

 This follows National Super Alliance presidential candidate, Raila Odinga’s  rolling allegations backed with 42 names of security officers, who are purportedly corroborating with Jubilee government to rig the August polls.

“This time round, they have gone to court on matters of the roles of defence forces forgetting the fact that the prime role of our security forces, be it the Army, Police or any other security agents, is to safeguard peace and harmony for the Kenyan citizens,” said Wambui.

During their campaigns on Friday, July 28, 2017 at Tharaka Nithi, the 15 MPs who lost in the Jubilee Party primaries huddled together to solicit 100% voter turnout for President Uhuru Kenyatta, depicting President Kenyatta as an embodiment of progress in the state.

Today, July 29, 2017 the UhuRuto lobby group proceeds to Chuka and Chogoria before proceeding to Meru County.
