UK printing firm accused of bribing IEBC officials fined Sh244m

The UK firm found guilty of bribing Kenyan Election and Examinations Council officials to win tenders has been ordered to pay more than 200 million shillings by a London court.
Smith and Ouzman will have its assets seized if it fails to pay the amount, a development that raises questions over Kenya’s failure to punish officials named in the saga.
