The National Transport and Safety Authority is sounding the alarm over drunk matatu drivers taking advantage of the absence of traffic police at night to endanger the lives of their passengers.

Officials say drink driving by PSV drivers remains a leading cause of accidents and deaths despite recent measures to stop the menace. Evelyne Wambui tells us more.
