VIDEO: IEBC probing alleged malpractices in Kericho, Malindi mini-polls

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) is investigating claims of widespread fraud in the Malindi and Kericho by-elections. IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba says an investigative report on the matter would be compiled by Wednesday with a view of taking action against those involved. Chiloba spoke as Kanu claimed that Jubilee altered the Kericho mini-poll results to hand victory to the ruling coalition’s candidate Aaron Cheruiyot.
