Cord leaders have vowed to defy a police ban on their planned Anti-IEBC protests . The opposition has called its supporters to the streets following the expiry of an ultimatum demanding talks with President Uhuru Kenyatta over demands to disband the electoral commission.
But police claim some Cord leaders have planned to unleash violence during the demos.
