VIDEO: Jackline Mwende regrets over abusive marriage

Jackline Mwende, the woman who was assaulted and her hands chopped off at the wrists allegedly by her husband says she regrets not having moved out of her marriage earlier. Now, bearing the permanent scars of domestic violence, the 28 year old Mwende hopes other women can learn from her situation and take decisive action before matters get out of hand.
