VIDEO: JLAC recommends ouster of Kinisu over conflict of interest

The justice and legal affairs committee has recommended the ouster of ethics and anti-corruption commission chairman Phillip Kinisu, over allegations of gross misconduct and conflict of interest. The committee chaired by Ainabkoi Mp Samuel Chepkong’a, through a majority verdict, said Kinisu had failed to disclose he had interests in Esaki Limited, a family business that was being investigated by the anti-graft body, over its dealings with the national youth service.
