VIDEO: MPs probe construction of Utalii College

The National Assembly’s Public Investments Committee is investigating the Tourism Trust Fund over inflated costs of constructing the Ronald Ngala Utalii College in Kilifi County.

PIC has grilled top officials as it probes how the fund drew a budget of 8.9 billion shillings against a Cabinet approval of only Ksh 1.94 billion.
