VIDEO: NYS Scandal: How The Funds Were Withdrawn

Details are emerging of how investigation officers in the National Youth Service scandal allegedly schemed to cook the books so to cover up the theft of hundreds of millions of shillings from the NYS coffers.

In her sworn affidavit filed at the High Court last Friday,  Josephine Kabura Irungu, alleges that an official from the banking fraud unit together with another allegedly from the security department at Family Bank worked out a table detailing the movement of 300 million shillings from the bank in an attempt to implicate other people and therefore shield former Devolution CS Ann Waiguru.
