Nairobi Governor Dr. Evans Kidero has two weeks to explain how the county government accrued debts amounting to 42 billion shillings in just one year.

Appearing before the Public Accounts Committee Kidero was put to task over failure to remit statutory employees’ deductions adding up to more than a billion shillings as well as millions of shillings in questionable expenditure. Jacky Maribe tells us more.
