VIDEO: Raila faults President Kenyatta’s parastatal appointments

President Uhuru Kenyatta has appointed several heads of state corporation boards, bringing back several retired government department chiefs and former Ministers to prominent posts in government.

But the said appointments have been immediately criticized by Cord leader Raila Odinga who says they do not reflect regional balance.
