VIDEO: Sharad Raos tribunal appointment faces opposition

The appointment of Sharad Rao to chair the tribunal formed to probe the conduct of Supreme Court Judge Philip Tunoi is already raising a storm with a section of civil society groups now in the works to block his appointment on qualification grounds. They claim Sharad Rao has never been a judge and does not qualify to be appointed as one under the provisions of the Constitution.
